1975 CB500T by The Corner Garage
Heir to the CB450 Black Bomber, the CB500 Twin was sold only in 1975 and 1976. It was powered by a 5-speed 498 cc engine, double overhead camshaft (DOHC) with a 180° crankshaft angle, dual CV carburetors and torsion bar valve springs. Despite the great charm of this bike nowadays, at the time of its production the 500T didn't have a great success due to the advent of the more powerful and modern CB500 Four.
Erede della CB450 Black Bomber, la CB500 Twin fu prodotta solo nel 1975 e 1976. Disponeva di un bicilindrico fronte marcia di 498cc, doppio albero a camme in testa con imbiellaggio a 180°, alimentazione singola e molle valvola a barra di torsione . Nonostante il grande fascino di questa moto oggi, ai tempi della sua produzione la 500T non ebbe grande successo a causa dell'avvento della più potente e moderna CB500 Four.
